As a born-and-raised Vancouver Islander, I live and breathe for our oceans and trees. I have had the luxury of travelling and therefore diverse life experiences. I have studied and practiced massage therapy and other forms of body work. I returned to education in 2017 to study Holistic Nutrition through CSNN Victoria, and what a beautiful journey that led me on.
My own health has been on many journeys too: from an unhealthy “party girl” lifestyle, to vipassana meditation retreats, to competing in triathlons to hiking the West Coast Trail, to plant medicine ceremonies. I love to dance, to swim, to hike, and to feel emotions deeply.
My greater purpose in this life is to guide my community into expanding consciousness, so that we can each impact our world for the better.
My hope, then, is to bring your wellness into such a place that you will feel the energy and inspiration to live your purpose and share your gifts with this world.
