6 MONTH PROGRAM
Completing this half year journey dedicated to improving your menstrual health and more will set you up for a lifetime of wellbeing. You will come away from this experience with a clear understanding of how to eat, move, and live in alignment with your menstrual cycle.
You will likely experience big shifts in hormonal balance, energy levels, digestive function, and more. This will vary based on personal goals and symptomatology of course!
As we work together, you will feel more confident in the kitchen and get to play around with your handcrafted, whole foods recipe resources.
As you gain better understanding of the messages your body sends you on a daily basis, you will come to understand when to access foods-based healing, and when to use supplements.
6 WEEK PROGRAM
By the end of our 6 weeks together, you will have an excellent foundation in how to live in better alignment with your cycle. You will feel empowered and may begin to notice a slight reduction in symptoms.
You may also notice increasing energy levels, better digestion, and stronger stress management skills. You will be feeling more confident in meal preparation and planning skills, and understand which supplements are currently best for you.
