ONE : ONE PROGRAM OFFERINGS
6 MONTH PROGRAM
Completing this half year journey dedicated to improving wellness in body, mind, and spirit will set you up for a lifetime of health and success. You will come away from this experience with big shifts in mindset, body composition, digestive function, hormonal balance, energy levels, and more. This will vary based on personal goals of course!
You will feel confident in the kitchen, and understand the messages your body sends you on a daily basis. You will understand when to access foods-based healing, and when to use supplements. You will have a strong foundation in a personalized spiritual practice of your own, if you so desire.
After 120 days together, you will be feeling like a new and improved version of yourself, in body, mind and spirit. Hormonal imbalances start to shift within this time frame, body composition will adapt, and there will be multiple goals addressed. You will gain a more positive relationship with your mindset, and a much deeper understanding of the needs of your physical body.
You will have gained many skills in the kitchen, an abundance of whole foods recipes, and feel very confident in knowing which foods and supplements are ideal for you at different times.
3 MONTH PROGRAM

By the end of our 6 weeks together, you will have a strong foundation in your personal nutritional needs. You will feel empowered and be noticing improvements in your body, mind and spirit; this may show up as increasing energy levels, better digestion, and stronger stress management skills.
You will be feeling more confident in meal preparation and planning skills, and understand which supplements are currently best for you.

This workshop is perfect for you if you:
are experiencing overwhelm and frequent stress
can’t seem to slow your thoughts
are constantly pouring energy into the wellbeing of others
are curious to know which foods and supplements can support your mental health
are curious about body-mind-spirit practices to ease over-thinking and deepen your connection to self

DRIVEN & DIVINE
At last, a wellness program that supports the divine feminine within
This three month group wellness journey is designed for folks who identify as female.
Join Alyssa in a combination of in-person gatherings and an online course format.
She facilitates deepening your intuition, community and growth while providing plenty of education, inspiration and recipe resources.
We get together monthly at McTavish Academy of Arts, as you are introduced to each unique monthly theme and given a chance to explore your own needs and intentions for personal health and wellness.
Online support, weekly guided tasks, a private online community and online monthly recipe books provided. (investment: $55 +GST per month, for a 3 month commitment)
